MANDALA WORKSHOP

This will be a 3-hour workshop that will explore the powerful healing that one can find through the making of Mandalas.

Based on the teachings of Judith Cornell, Ph.D, "Mandala work is not about drawing but about focusing, calming and centering yourself and expressing your inner light"
